I listened, and I think he's singing "to buy us all some corn," meaning corn liquor, or whiskey. In his dialect, "corn" is pronounced with a nearly silent "R" so it sounds nearly like "cone" or "cawn."

It's clearer the second time he repeats the line than the first.
