Some interesting ideas, but they lost me with this first sentence:

"WE the PEOPLE" Declare Our INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY & GOD GIVEN RIGHTS

They've just dissed anyone who doesn't want religion and state mixing it up, anyone who doesn't believe in whatever god they are talking about, etc.

I could see every 15th of the month, everyone pledging to NOT purchase one iota of anything, for that day. I don't mean rent, etc. I mean actual goods and services.
