While I was working one of my male workmates and I developed a mutual interest in digital cameras. We would, in the odd spare moment, discuss these in our usual adult fashion e.g. "Yahboo! Mine's got more megapixels than yours!" One day a female colleague overheard one of these pathetic, but enjoyable, conversations and sneered: "Huh! Boys and their toys!" To which I replied, quick as a flash: "Huh! Girls and their shoes!" I've never seen anyone move so fast in my life!
