Well, the storm missed us. Not a drop of rain. I had one more thing I wanted to add, and Penny's post reminds me of it. Kat, I bet that if Morgan likes to make fried eggs, he'd love making either grilled cheese sandwiches or French toast. Both are great comfort foods, and if he can cook eggs, sandwiches, and eggy bread, the kid is set!

I spread just a little butter on the outside of the slices of bread then layer in the cheese for my sandwiches. Surely spreading butter and slicing cheese are kid-friendly. Same with breaking open and beating an egg. Just a thought!
