I think the main thing is, is the counting a problem? If it doesn't interfere with your life and relationships, I'd say that it isn't anything to worry about. I should mention that I'm not a professional and I'm likely to be full of shit. I also just scored in the "mild to moderate" range on the test in Ed T's post (and anyone who knows me will probably think that's funny).
