I'm not aware of the power of any federal or state authority or court to do such a thing here in OZ. Thanks for the interesting info. We have Apprehended Violence Orders, flouting of which can cause you to end up in Jail, or eventually be sent to the Funny Farm, but not aware of any power to make you sell and move.
