The COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS of Creocote:
Solvent naphtha (petroleum)
Diphenyl Trimethylbenzene
Dicyclopentadiene
Naphthalene
Condensates (petroleum)
IMO, the main ingregient of concern would be Naphthalene. I am not sure how drying and time reduces it's impact, or availability via air or contact.
