Hi,

My three-step simple (use pencil and eraser):
- Draw a clock face:
- Write C at 12 O'clock; write C# at 1 O'clock; write D at 2 O'clock; ...; write B at 11 O'clock.
- Exchange what you wrote at 1 O'clock with that (opposite) at 7 O'clock, likewise 3 and 9; likewise 5 and 11.

It doesn't breed understanding, but for just drawing it works.
