Zumba is a good laugh. I don't know if ours is as intense as perhaps it would be in a posh gym, but we have a very enthusiastic instructor. I certainly work a sweat up! It's a cross between low impact aerobics and dancing. The music is all well known mainstream stuff, mingles with salsa and a touch of belly dance. We did one routine to "Rawhide" last week!

Found a few small boxes in the spare bedroom this morning which will need relocating to the annexe. This sorting out is only to prepare the room for getting virtually every coat I possess, and stuff I won't need or can't fit into the dining room, dumped into it shortly!

Vinca does cover nicely, but it had been left to "layer" itself and get invasive. Pity it had to go because it was the white flowered variety. At my last house I had the variegated blue flowered one. That's very pretty, but just as invasive! It's very good at working its way under paving and in between stuff!
