I saw gnu's message yesterday, and was going to ask about that. Are you playing with words also? Waisted - how many inches have you lost from your waist? And is it 100 pounds from when you started dieting?

I didn't realize how tired I was yesterday evening until I saw the time when I was headed to bed. The Mudcat clock registers an hour ahead (eastern daylight time) of here, and I was gone after that last post, much earlier than I usual. I was up early today, but since I had advance warning, wasn't surprised that the neighbors called off day two of the sale. They're in their 70s and she in particular has some breathing and circulation problems, so a one-day garage sale was as much as they were up to.

I'll work instead on listing a few eBay items this morning. Maybe make the same sort of sales I would out in the driveway, over a longer time span. Fingers crossed they get my truck finished, I have things to do that involve some driving, but I also have a lot to keep me busy here.

Kat, good to see you're up and around again. Penny, I know I could have looked that up, but I was curious to see what the UK description was going to be. I use sour cream in cooking here, and have realized that as much as I like it, it is something I would to very well to pace myself with. I'm trying to eat healthier fats (though when I buy sour cream, I get the U.S. Daisy brand, which is JUST sour cream, not all of the additives and thickeners). Guacamole instead of sour cream, for example, in Mexican food is a great source of Omega 3s.

I have a full day of laundry, cleaning, and yard work, in addition to some web work for my office to do since I was out in the yard all day yesterday.
