Whew. Bill was $500 less than appraisal because water pump (an associated work) was under warranty still. Still a high bill, but not into the stratosphere as was expected.

Off to run around. I came back to get my phone, left on the charger. Years ago it was all pay phones - now I feel naked without the cell phone in my pocket.
