m... thanks! SRS... yup... 100 pounds in 2.5 years. When they say no more than 2 to 3 pounds a week, they are right. Slow and easy is healthy. The slower the better as it means you don't lose as much muscle mass. I didn't know that 15 to 20% of weight loss in a human is muscle and NOT fat! It's just the way it is. I researched it when I noticed my arm and leg muscles were shinking... I was taken aback as I used to have BIG arms and legs.
