I said earlier that I can't remember what my favorite children's show was, but I remember a show that made an impact, in terms of remembering it even though I was very young at the time. On this show (this would have been in the '50s), viewers were supposed to plaster a clear sheet of unknown material onto the TV screen, and then I/they would draw on the sheet with crayon, tracing lines that appeared on the screen.

I think the show was called "Winky Dink", or something like that.
