Gnu, Spaw checked with me beforehand to make sure that the ingredients were AOK with me and Amy (my nutrition watchdog, er, guardian angel) we all agreed that "moderation in all things" would cover this, and I celebrated our visit by fasting for a day the next week, then dieting a bit more. It was worth it.
