I forgot I had this one..Comodo Dragon

This gives me a colored border around the box, shaded from yellow to black on the top & left borders, no black in the bottom & right, and two little lines in the corner, forming a triangle and allowing me to widen the box.... Netscape gave me the double arrows that pop-up over any window you can drag wider.
