He beat me hands down at Canasta, going out with two canastas. We only played one round as he was anxious to get to the Monopoly. He made me go bankrupt as I landed on a property with a hotel...the rent was $1000 and I had about $500 in cash. Could've mortgage my deeds, but I was ready to send him home and take a short nap, so I let him chortle all the way about beating the socks off "mama" AND, he read all of the Chance and Community Chest cards by himself, as well being a wiz at math with the dice. I haven't played gin rummy since I was probably 13. Will have to look into that. Thanks!

I read Rog the hospital letter tonight. He reminded me of the timeline; I was in such a daze and so ill, I'd forgotten a couple of things. So I will finish it tomorrow morning. I also have an anklet I need to make for a friend who sent me the stones she picked out, rose quartz, very good energy.

P.S. Forgot to say he was also the banker and did a great job of making change, paying out, and collecting monies!
