While I don't disbelieve you, I flat out don't understand; I've never heard of anyone being circumcised who didn't come out pretty much like the "after" picture, and I bet not much of anyone else here has, let alone why anyone would cut off some, cut off a little more, and still not arrive at the "after" picture. Whatever the actual reasons, bro, yours is a very unusual if not unique case.
