From the band Angel Wings (Their CD is called "With Roots and Wings"):
Song on the CD is "Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep" - this is the funeral poem written in 1932 by Mary Elizabeth Frye, put to a lovely tune by the band Angel Wings.
