We have had a two-door (freezer one side) Frigidaire for at least 25 years (can't remember exactly, may be older) and no mechanical or noise problems.
The two vegetable drawers, however, have plastic fronts and those have annoying breaks.

McGrath, if you are still with this thread, does Bosch have all metal drawers? Bosch is expensive here, but if we do replace (unlikely) we want to avoid plastic (if possible !).
