I'm devastated to hear of Mike's death. I was in the Whitby area last weekend, but unfortunately couldn't manage to get over to see him as I'd hoped.[sorry, Ann]> I wish I had. I got to know Mike and his family well in the seventies when I lived nearby, and he was the salt of the earth, a really genuine bloke. I'd just like to send my [and Linda's] love and condolences to Ann and the rest of the family.
Mike will be very sadly missed.
