A couple of stanzas from my grandparents' days in Brownsville; I thought they *were* the traditional version, until now:
A rabbi sat on on the railroad track, saying his berukhas* (sic). Along came the choo-choo train and hit him in the tuchis!
A dog sat on the railroad track, didn't hear the whistle. Along came the choo-choo train-- hot dogs in the shissel!**
