The last time Congress passed a Federal Budget was July 21, 2009.

When the Democrats, who had a bully majority in both the House and Senate plus the President, looked at the polls they decided to play "kick the can down the road" and the "blame game"

Right now we have no functional government.

Since Obama is the elected leader, it is up to him to lead.

Instead he plays the "blame game" and foments class warfare.

It's a bleak time for the old US of A.
