I can also recommend the Outer Hebrides Lewis and Harris.

There is also something fascinating coming up in Stornoway next year in July.
A course called "Hebridean Experience" where you can learn Gaelic in the morning and dive into the culture of Scotland and the Hebrides in the afternoon with excursions, workshops ect.
