Yes, God Bless America does still rake in the royalties, but I believe Irving Berlin signed over all the royalties for that song to the Boy Scouts (or both the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts).
DK if that was a "forever" thing or for some limited time period, but I think it was in effect during his lifetime, anyway.
