Kedgeree. Cook some rice. Sweat some chopped onion in butter. Poach some smoked haddock. Hard boil an egg. Flavour the rice with curry powder, flake the fish, mix it into the rice with the onion, a knob of butter and a good amount of chopped parsley, and top with the egg, cut up.
