The way my (marching) band does it:
Hello (hello)
My name is Joe (my name is Joe)
I got a house, 3 kids, one spouse.
I work (Where do you work?!)
In a button factory.
One day, my boss came up to me and said,
"Hey Joe, are you busy?" I said "no."
He said "push this button with your right elbow."

The order of body parts is:
right elbow, left elbow, right knee bone, left knee bone, butt bone, head bone, tongue bone. (on the rep with the tongue out, it goes "Are you busy?" I said "YES!")
