"SALMON PIE"
Here is a simple one.

One small can sockeye salmon
2 eggs
Breton wheat crackers or other
Milk
Paprika
Grated cheese, or cream sauce or other

Mix salmon, 2 eggs, crackers, and enough milk to moisten well. Put mixture in a pyrex (or other) oven-safe pie plate.
Bake at 350F for about one hour, until firm and slightly brown around the edges.
Garnish with grated cheese, paprika.
