Being as you were dreamed up, by yon what's his name, you are a second order entity. WHen you dream of Betty Grable shaking her garters at you, that dream-creature is a third-order entity. If you dreamed of her fantasizing about Erroll Flynn, that Flynn entity would be fourth-roder, and so on.

THere may be a zeroteth order--the one who dreamed up LH's person, in this example. But that is beyond the scope of this thread, believe it or not.
