I'm not sure what you are claiming to have been so correct about. Is it that things didn't turn around right away? I'm pretty sure you aren't the only one who thought that. In fact there was a part of me that would have liked to see McCain have to try to clean up the mess (a small part).

Whoever won in 2008 was going to have a rough ride.
