I lived and worked in London for about 3 years. I enjoyed the experience and the ability to explore all the many architectural buildings etc. Of course it has tourists - what city doesn't ???

I went there only a couple of months ago - stayed in Greenwich. Apart from the more modernistic buildings that are stating to spring up, I didn't notice any real changes - except perhaps for an apparent much faster style of life there.

If you think London is full of tourists who get in the way, try Edinburgh. I was there during the Tattoo and the Festival. Now that is busy !!!

I enjoyed the whole experience, but then I was a tourist too !!
