PLEASE read the Gargleplus T&Cs before signing up and decide what you would do if they asserted their rights in content - particularly content you later took down.

In fact just read the T&Cs anyway.

They go out of their way to exculpate themselves if a user posts anything about you that might be actionable - whether or not they take it down if you complain.

If you want to sue them you have to do it in their jurisdiction.

I don't know if they make it as impossible to complain about content as fakebook do - are there industry standard email addies like "abuse@" or the like?

You have to have a google ID to join, and AFAIK those are back door keys to collecting private information about you.
