Those are great pictures, Noreen, I start the diet on Monday, when this lousy cold has gone!!!!

I have been asked to do an article for the local paper, (so they can change everything and spell my name wrong!!) Has anyone who posted photos got any problems with me using them for this??? Obviously I'll let you know which ones I send, and I'll get copies of the paper when it is printed.
