When I worked in **** ****, NF I used to go to The Slop House fer munchies and ale but I had to stop as their are some Newfoundlanders that just don't like mainlanders and, when they get some ales in, a place called The Slop House just ain't the place to be. I never did get roughed up, mind you, but it was only because I could make em laugh and there are far more nice people than assholes wherever you go.
