Sounds to me like a local parody of the song the other folks are discussing. I'd try asking Jim Bloom, the folk DJ at WKSU (when they've recovered from their fund drive), some old-timer regulars at Brady's Caf (you never know), going to the Arabica coffeehouse in Cleveland (if it's still there; after all, they're mentioned in the song)(I think it;s in the University Circle area), or putting the question to Dr. Demento's website.
