Two sure recipes for bad coffee!

In Calgary, water boils at 206 F. (3500 feet)
In Santa Fe, my home town, at 7000 feet, water boils at 199 F.
Dunno what these temperatures would equate to when compared to SCAA recommendations (see Will fly, above).
