Thanks Paul for the video. It looks still to me like the chord is formed as such:

E-0-
B-0-
G-4-
D-x-
A-4-
E-x-

A B7 chord slid up two frets, muting the Low E and F-note on the A-string.

Per Pauls doing, I encourage newcomers (and oldcomers) to visit the link he posted to see for yourself how Bill Broonzy formed it.

Then if you have a comment, let it fly. I'm still open to suggestions (mostly on how Bill forms the chord (i.e. playing it rightly), then how to name the chord in question).
