Someone was telling one of my brothers about a young man who had been convicted of robbery. In suppose I may be biased because of my law enforcement background, but, I,ve seen many kids who came from abusive broken homes, and they didnt rape steal or murder anyone. Lock him up for life and throw the key away. If you execute him, you merely set him free.
