Yep it`s me.......
Just written about Stan and all that era in my new book "Taking The Purple".Currently hosting POYNTON (ex FOLK) COMMUNITY CENTRE acoustic sessions "THE CENTRE SESSIONS" SECOND THURSDAY IN THE MONTH in the old Billiard Hall, now converted to a small 80 seater concert room.Place is FULL of ghosts, not least being Stan!!
Come along and we`d love to see all you legends again.Les Martin is my accomplice in this venture..he was compere with Ian Stewart in early `70`s heyday.Place still OK for atmosphere.Smell in the bogs has long gone!
