In geometry, the rhombic triacontahedron is a convex polyhedron with 30 rhombic faces. It is an Archimedean dual solid, or a Catalan solid. It is the polyhedral dual of the icosidodecahedron, and it is a zonohedron.

The North AMerican nauga produces a fine-surfaced hide of exactly the proportions--due primarily to its large and unusually-formed chest cavity and irregular number of legs--needed to precisely cover a rhombic tricontahedron whose central radius is the length from the nauga's left eye to the central apex of its upper ventricle.

This is the sort of natural phenomenon that gives people pause and starts them pondering Intelligent Design.
