The next one is NEARLY due. Not Sunday the 6th but Sunday the 13th. Noon until 6 or 7.

I will be aiming for a slightly less fiery "hot one" and all squidges slightly more runny (and to full vegan standard).

I will also try to make sure to use Maris Piper spuds - the other roasties I have done with them came out well but it might just be pot luck - and one tray will be veggie and the other in goose fat.
