So sad to hear this. He was a lovely gentle guy and I, too, know him mostly from his dulcimer playing at sessions and from stopping for a chat occasionally in Hebden Bridge. I have some of his pottery too... my favourite bowls were made by him. I'm very sorry to have heard the news too late to be able to go to his funeral.
