I'm glad Eiseley has good squashes to bake. I picked mine too early (seems the stems have to almost fall off) so I'll have to use them in things like soups or beans.

Butternut squash pie - what a great name! Make sure you have plenty of butter and nuts along with the butternut! Mom says butter and nuts and butternuts sound like they would go real well with hot buttered rum. Seems like she's getting into the wintry and holiday mood!
