Steve, if you occasionally succumb to the pork rind thing, the little family owned butcher shop in my little village here makes their own and they are FAR superior to the commercial fare......including some flavors. The "Salt and Vinegar" has GOT to be the MOST unhealthy thing I can think of but man alive are they good!!!
