I know an artist locally who planted a mass of golden daffodils to spell "HOST" at an installation in Scotland. This autumn he's planted "yellow" in blue bulbs, and vice-versa.

10 am. Not a tradesman in sight, although yesterday's joiner will be here this afternoon (I think) - he's fitting a couple of doors a few miles away this morning. I daren't go anywhere in case somebody turns up.

No WW for me this week, as I am off to Newcastle on Thursday to see "Time Gentlemen Please" - English trad meets street dance, from what I've seen.
