And he IS living a dream...one in his own head. Perhaps hospitalization and medications, or even electro-convulsive therapy, is in order. Then again, a frontal lobotomy might better serve, assuming there was anything in his frontal lobes to start with. But then, assuming that Shame WAS lobotomized, how would anyone know the difference?
