Yikes. That must have been a very unnerving experience you had there, Amos. Let's hope it was just one of those weird anomalies that occurs once and is not seen again...like the time one of Chongo's Baboon buddies spontaneously combusted at Duffy's Bar just after consuming 16 shots of vodka on a bet. All that was left behind was his pork pie hat and a copy of the racing form. The hat is on permanent display there now (over the bar), in memoriam.
