Susan, did you have several screens going when you were keeping track of your exercise? That was an awful lot of chair lifting and trips to the mailbox!

No, as I posted at the top of the month, they will look like repetitive posts but are actually cumulative. There is one extra one today so I could print the relevant portion for my doc who will hopefully decrease my meds tomorrow and INCREASE my activity level.
