It will take a few days to process out of my system, but (based on past dosing at this rate) the meds change will be enough to move me from PT to our usual pool. Not sure how bennies will work in the new year-- some changes coming to our insurance plan.

This is a bennies change I have known is coming so I have been soaking up an amazing amount of info from the PT peeps in case I need to go back to running my own program. Next to find is a TRAINER who an work with me periodically at our pool/weight room, on our own dime-- even if the bennies do not change, there is a limit on PT visits in the year. So at some point I will need to have another plan.

And I have two in mind.....
