Dear Claire Bear,
Your parcel is on the sleigh and the reindeer have promised they will look after it until it arrives with you. They hope it will be there before Christmas and have said they will do all they can to get it under your tree in time. If they don't it will be beacuse Rudolf likes to stop at every single house and eat up all the carrots and mince pies that have been left out for him.
