The browser can display the source page on the screen, but you can't edit it without an html editor such as Dreamweaver or Bbedit. Once you've edited the page, you then have to transmit it, usually by ftp (file transmission protocol) to the server which hosts your web pages. If you're not the creator of the original web page, then you'll have to find the creator and get him/her to do the editing and transmission for you.
